The tool is called "The Google Toolbar", and it installs in your web browser. When you go on line, and visit a website, the toolbar displays a "PageRank", letting you see how important the visited website is considered by Google.
Now the smart thing about this is that when you click on "Page Info Backward Links" you will see all the sites linking to the website that you are visiting, in order of importance. What's so smart about it, you ask? Well, once you know which sites get most visitors, you can request to exchange a link with them!
Doing this will increase your site's importance in the Google search engine, and of course, its rankings.
If you'd like to receive a continuous stream of traffic, download the Google Toolbar right now from here: www.google.com/options/toolbar.html
Sincerely,
Dirk Dupon
